Besides daily yoga practices, we will be experiencing ancestral Hawaiian healing rituals that cleanse our consciousness of negative memories, unconscious fears, and disempowering programming ~opening our hearts to honor ourselves with forgiveness, peace, and the deepest sense of self- compassion and grace.
