Join Kristen an 8 day transformative yoga retreat on the Northshore of Maui. Besides daily yoga practices, we will be experiencing ancestral Hawaiian healing rituals that cleanse our consciousness of negative memories, unconscious fears, and disempowering programming ~opening our hearts to honor ourselves with forgiveness, peace, and the deepest sense of self- compassion and grace.
